At The Red Cat, we roast our own specialty-grade coffee on site. As artisan roaster partners of TransFair USA, we are committed to roasting and selliing, whenever possibly, Fair Trade coffee. The Fair Trade certification ensures that coffee farmers and their families receive fair wages, education, and health care for their labors. It also guarantees that the beans are being harvested using environmentally sustainable practices. Coffee produced in this way belongs in the top 8% of all the world’s coffee in terms of quality.
